Cape Town - Does our government have a plan for dealing with the power crisis? What is the plan?

Are we just going to be left in limbo with the country steadily deteriorating without any plan to fix the situation?

What is happening to the repairs and upgrading of existing power stations?

Nuclear power is an option for a long-term solution, but something needs to be done urgently and the public kept informed. Power ships could provide a short-term solution in the interim.

A State of Emergency was declared for Covid-19. Something similar could be done for the power crisis.

What is the reason that we have load shedding during the middle of the night when it is not a peak period?

What we need is someone to get on top of the power crisis and keep the public informed as to what is happening and what the future plans are.
