Security guards thwart violent armed robbery at Public Works building in Pretoria

The Department of Public Works and Infrastructure says it is under constant attack by vandals who rip off metal fittings and furnishings at its premises in the Pretoria central business district. In the latest incident, security guards managed to foil a violent attack by armed thugs.
