Man accused of mutilating murder victim on the run

Police were yet to re-arrest a man accused of kidnapping, murdering, mutilating the face of his victim, and burning then throwing the body off a cliff, after he failed to be in the Ntuzuma Magistrate’s Court and his warrant of arrest was authorised.
