Not all drivers in the Formula One paddock take the time to sculpt their outfits for the day, with a majority keeping it casual. But for those that do, like that of Sir Lewis Hamilton, they have acquired a certain ‘drip’ status among fans and the fashion world at large.

Since joining McLaren, the boyishly charming Lando Norris has proven to be a worthy contender to rival Hamilton’s fashion prowess. Norris has made waves on social media for his keen fashion sense at race days and team events.

From his casual oversized T-shirts and sneakers, to his half-zip jumpers and dapper suits, Norris, in the right fashion hands, can surely take over from Hamilton as F1’s new pretty boy.

Norris appears to be the new face of the latest Gen-Z fashion trends, starting his relationship with Tumi in 2022. Norris has been the face of Tumi, who are known for their luxury travel apparel and accessories. He also has his own brand of clothing - LN Academy.

Norris has gone on to work with the likes of Richard Mille and Ralph Lauren fragrances. Not only is McLaren one of the fastest cars in the paddock, but they now also have one of the world’s leading most prominent grins in fashion with Norris.

The 25-year-old certainly follows in the footsteps of Hamilton and other British athletes that have rocked the fashion world, most notably David Beckham. Beckham is widely considered to be the pioneering athlete between the world of sport and fashion.

While McLaren team principal Zak Brown would prefer Norris keep his focus solely on what's happening behind the wheel of their car, Brown has no control over Norris’ choices off the track.  But Norris seems to be balancing both worlds with finesse, placing third overall on the driver standings last season and looking damn good in the process.

While Hamilton’s status as a fashion mogul has been solidified, the 40-year-old seven-time World Champion is at the tail end of his career, looking to win his eigth title.

Hamilton still proved his the King of F1 drip with his Ferrari debut picture, giving major Peaky Blinder vibes. But Norris has not only proved that he’s worthy of a World Title, but also ready to take over the fashion reins when Hamilton calls it quits from F1.
