Mercedes-Benz South Africa has introduced a new service and maintenance plan extension that aims to cover all the bases for new vehicle clients.
The new Premium Drive Exclusive Care package provides comprehensive coverage for seven years or 140,000km, whichever comes first.
The plan was designed to provide long-term peace of mind and covers a wide range of services, from regular maintenance to essential repairs.
Customers opting for this Premium Drive extension will also receive complimentary tyre and wheel insurance.
The plan also includes 24/7 roadside assistance, mobility services such as courtesy cars and even "stand-by-me" security services for customers who find themselves stranded at night or in an unfamiliar place.
The company also plans to offer an updated version of its Premium Drive Comfort Care five-year or 100,000km service and maintenance plan. This plan is included in the price of every Mercedes-Benz in South Africa, but customers can opt out of this, as per the Right To Repair bill, for a reduction in the vehicle's price. A cheaper but less comprehensive Premium Drive Comfort plan, with the same duration, is also available upon request.
