Cape Town issues over 16,000 flood kits to informal settlements amid severe weather

As stormy weather persists, Cape Town's Human Settlements Directorate has issued 16,000 flood kits to aid informal settlements. With more rain expected, the City is actively assisting and planning relocations for those in high-risk flood areas.
