In2Assets will call for bids for a large commercial building in Umgeni Business Park at its next multi-property auction at the Durban Country Club on February 18 at 11am.
The 3 891m² property - with gross lettable area of 3 710m² - is at 17 Kosi Place which forms part of Umgeni Business Park, a well-developed and popular industrial node off Umgeni Road.
It is occupied by multiple tenants with only two vacancies and yields a current annual gross income of about R5.7 million.
