A vacant plot in Noordhoek will be auctioned by Rawson Auctions Western Cape on January 29 at noon.
The 719m² elevated plot in Chapman’s Bay Estate - a new development in Crofters Valley which combines tranquillity and urban living - can be developed with pre-approved plants or the owner’s own design.
