The town in the Sandveld is 300km north of Cape Town and halfway between Clanwilliam and Lambert’s Bay.
The 804 hectare farm, 8km from Graafwater on the R364 tarred road to Lambert’s Bay, has 455ha of arable land suitable for a wide range of crops and 339ha of grazing veld.
There are two unregistered boreholes on the property, which has among its improvements a main dwelling, a flat, several stores, piggery, dairy, feed lot, as well as accommodation for the workforce.
