A six-year-old girl was killed when a swing set fell on her at her school in Bloemfontein on Friday, paramedics said.
The girl was swinging when a gust of wind apparently blew over the play set, said ER24 spokesman Andre Visser.
When paramedics arrived, bystanders had removed her from under the swing.
She suffered severe head injuries and was declared dead on the scene, said Visser. – Sapa
