Welkom, Free State - A man was crushed to death in a truck accident in a storage yard in Welkom, in the Free State, on Wednesday afternoon, paramedics said.
“As the man exited the vehicle, the truck allegedly veered forward and the door collided with a pole. The man was then crushed between the door and the door frame,” said ER24 spokesman Andre Visser.
He was declared dead on the scene. - Sapa
