Bloemfontein - Eight school pupils were injured when their minibus taxi crashed into road barriers near Bloemfontein on Wednesday, paramedics said.

They had suffered minor cuts and abrasions and were taken to various hospitals, said ER24 spokesman Derrick Banks. Four pupils were not hurt.

He said the driver apparently lost control of the vehicle on the N8. - Sapa
